For those seeking a high quality holiday home in a sensational and tranquil setting with outstanding views, while close to the charm and bustle of Salcombe, Ocean Reach is perfect. The South West Coast Path, which covers 630 miles in total, is less than 100 yards away and locations like Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove are within easy walking distance.

The on-site Oceans Restaurant, with the rather special option of having your meals delivered, completes the package at Ocean Reach.

Two Ocean Reach

Two Ocean Reach is a superbly finished and furnished modern three-bedroom house with everything you could need for a memorable holiday or short stay.

To make the most of the stunning sea views from the property, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and the dining area and open-plan lounge are on the first floor.

Opening out from the lounge is a large roof terrace with panoramic sea views. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs to seat eight to ten people. There is also a smaller balcony with stunning views overlooking Burgh Island.

A separate large patio area offers dining as the sun sets over the sea, with seating for eight to ten people.

Throughout, the property has been tastefully furnished with quality furniture and fittings. The property can sleep six people comfortably.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There are sea views from the bedroom and doors out to the ground-floor paved patio and lawn.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, sea views from the bedroom and doors out to the ground-floor paved patio and lawn.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds and also benefits from sea views.

Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom with shower cubicle (but no bath).

There is ample grassland on the adjoining Bolberry Down which is ideal for ball games, kite flying and more.

This will be two one bedroom apartments with the ground floor one being limited mobility benefiting from level access patios. These will be available early summer.

Ocean Reach Ten
This 3 bedroom house will be available from early summer. It will be disabled friendly and benefits from a ground floor bedroom with electric mobile hoist, large wet room, wide doorways, easily accessible patio areas with Panoramic views, a scooter hut with charging facility and a dedicated Tarmac pathway from the house and over to Oceans Restaurant and out to the National Trust disabled footpath.
