Over the next year they will be realising their vision of creating quality holiday properties and a new, improved restaurant on this special site.

The current building is being converted into 7 holiday homes; 2 x 3 bedroom and 5 x 2 bedroom.

Each of the properties will have 2 parking spaces, garage, patios and balconies.

They will be sold on a 999 year lease with the only stipulation being that owners must have another address which is their primary residence.
